All coaching outcomes are dependent on mutual cooperation and active participation from the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, textile designs, strategy frameworks, and workshop materials provided during our consulting sessions remain the intellectual property of Threadspire Consulting unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement. Use of our materials for third-party commercial purposes without consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure the efficacy of our sustainability strategy advisory, clients must provide accurate data and context regarding their current textile supply chains and business operations. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive business information shared during our engagement.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Fees for consulting and coaching sessions are outlined in individual project proposals. Threadspire Consulting requires 48 hours' notice for the rescheduling of bespoke workshops. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our innovation strategies, Threadspire Consulting shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from business decisions made based on our consulting advice. Clients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
